Welcome to Nion Web Solutions. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to comply with the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Nion Web Solutions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agency", "We", or "Us") and the Client (hereinafter referred to as "You"). These terms apply to all web development, SEO, digital marketing, and franchise agreements provided by us.

2. Services Offered

We provide full-stack web development, SEO strategies, and digital business solutions. Each project will have a specific "Scope of Work" document. Any features requested outside this scope will be treated as additional billable hours.

Web Design & Mockups are subject to three rounds of revisions.
SEO results are dependent on search engine algorithms and cannot be 100% guaranteed for specific timelines.

3. Payment Terms

Standard payment milestones involve a 50% advance payment to initiate the project, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion and before the final website handover.

For Franchise Partners, revenue sharing and licensing fees are governed by the specific Franchise Agreement signed at the time of onboarding.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all project fees, the ownership of the final website design and custom code is transferred to the Client. However, Nion Web Solutions retains the right to use the project in our professional portfolio and marketing materials.

5. Project Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with a written notice of 15 days. In the event of termination, the Client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nion Web Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or server downtime caused by third-party hosting providers.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
